TrendXStyl

I was asked to do shoot for an online shop that my sister and her friend is starting. They will be releasing their first collection this May so please do check them out on instagram (@trendXstyl). I've always loved taking pictures and my favorite subject are actually human beings, so I did enjoy doing this and hopefully I could do more of this kind of projects. I'd like to think that I was a hired photographer for this even though I am not a pro I still like the practice. :)

Here are the first set of photos:
(will be posting the rest soon)

A Normal Girl's Crown

(c) Jari San Miguel - she also fixed and styled my hair in this photo.

It was just late last year when I decided to mess with my virgin hair. I remember how I was always scared when someone would do something with my hair even a haircut is quite scary for me. Never really had the perfect silky long hair growing up, so I did not pay much attention on it. I don't even brush or fix it when I go out, I like thinking that my hair is low maintenance but then again there's nothing good to maintain. (haha!) I would always have the mid-length messy haircut so it would be easy for me, though it has always been my dream to have a long curly hair. (feeling princess) It was really a struggle for me to grow a long hair cause it takes a while and I don't have the patience for it.Some girls are lucky that their hair grow faster than others, apparently I am on the unlucky group. Once I feel like it's out of shape  and that I am bored with it I would go and let someone cut it. A new haircut is equals a big make-over. Then, I discovered that cutting is not the only option on earth. After years of training (hahaha!) the long wait is over I finally gained the strength to go through  treatments and let my hair absorb some chemicals. (*claps conquered a fear) I was encouraged by my sister and a friend that said "when it comes to hair go lang, kahit ano sige" . It is actually quite liberating and addictive once you start experimenting with it. I've had it cellophaned, colored and bleached.

Anyways, I am just blogging about this cause I am wondering what to do next with my hair. I am thinking of getting a new color or bleaching the ends more to emphasize the ombre effect that I have right now and maybe have it dip-dyed as well. Hopefully, I can decide sooner. Oh, by the way experimenting helped me grow my hair longer cause I didn't have to cut and cut and cut it every time I get bored with it. :)

Lady for a Day

It is not everyday that I graduate from college so it's worth trying to be lady-like.
To the hopes of looking classy and not trashy in black. :)

Perfect Guy

Oh my, sorry for this solid fan girl/ daydreamer post but here it goes.
I came across this photo of my forever crush Elmo Magalona on facebook and
I just couldn't stop myself from sharing that this photo pretty much sums up
who my dream guy is huhu... and it's not just because it's Elmo on the photo.

It's the..
(1) The cute little dog. -because I love dogs and it would really make me happy if  "he" does as well. I think guys that are good with pets are sensitive and caring.
(2) The guitar.- doesn't it make him look so sexy playing his instrument and just get lost in his music. Also, the "when guys write/sing a song for you" doesn't it make you feel like a princess and besides it makes you immortal when someone writes a song about you. (at least that's how I see it)
(3) The Sando.- I really have a "thing" for guys who can pull off the "sando look". Claps for them Oo nabibighani ako sa lalaking naka-sando at kering keri niya. :)
(4) Those buff arms.- I just want those arms to hug me for the rest of my life.
(5) His expression.- I don't know why but I feel like the expression on his face says a lot about his humor and attitude.

Sorry na, pero kailangan ko lang talagang ilahad tong nararamdaman ko eh.
It made me realize that the perfect guy do exist. haha! charot! :)
